i have just downloaded this font in otf from another website and nothing is coming up in my character map. i have uninstalled the font and reinstalled and it is still not working.

This is the second time I have purchased a font from this site that does not show up when I use Photoshop! I am angry, I know how to access glyphs, I do it on a daily basis!! Not happy! I've done everything down below and nothing works. I work in photoshop so please do not ask me to try another program! I'd rather have a refund!!

Julia, the font is PUA encoded. It will not type out the same as the headers just by using your keyboard. You need to access your character maps. But EVERYTHING shown in the header images above is included in the font

Are the mark ups included or not? At the top of the listing it says they are, and at the bottom it says they are NOT. ???

P.S. I uninstalled BOTH original TTF and OTF fonts (because extras did not show in either fonts) and then followed the hungryjpg's instructions in my post below and it works now with the OTF. Super cute.

I figured out why I could not get the character map nor babel map to work with hungryjpg's help. The designer did not include the extras in the TTF. It was suggested to delete the font which I did and when I redownloaded I downloaded the OTF and reinstalled it.
It worked! It is a beautiful font and you will enjoy it.
Here is what the hungryjpg wrote me. Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for your message. I believe the issue is actually the TTF file.
Could you un-install this and then restart your machine and install the OTF file attached below. The designer made a mistake with the TTF and did not include the alternate characters, my apologies for this. The OTF file will work perfectly for you, and is PUA encoded to be 100% accessible to all.
