I had the exact same problem as Kimberly G. I came here to let you know there is an issue with the Export window and this font. I've used it on both CC 2017 and 2018, and it messes with all the text on the export window screen only for Photoshop.
There is an iOS font called San Francisco that is connected with Photoshop, so the conflict likely occurs when Photoshop is trying to pick up the iOS font on a Windows device.

Hello. I purchased this font as part of the Stellar October fonts bundle. It is not compatible with Adobe PhotoShop CC 2017. It changes the "Export As" window text to this font rather than using a standard typeface. I had to uninstall this in order for my software to run properly.

There should be no problem with this font, because I'm also using photoshop cc 2017 and I've tested it works fine
