Never mind. I just figured it out. It doesn't look like a cut file in the silhouette software until you get to the "send" screen.

Now I get the snow scene, but it's just a pic. It's not a 3 piece cut file.

I tried downloading this several times. What is pictured here is not what I'm getting. I'm getting a totally different image of trees and a fence that is not a cut file.
