The terms are confusing. There is a Complete License that says it's ok for commercial use. But the product description says otherwise.

This product does have Complete License that is okay for commercial use, however, there are some limitations to the commercial license. Where as, you can not sell the file digitally or just upload it digitally somewhere and sell it (the file) in any form, this also includes sites as Amazon Merch, TeeSpring, and others that are similar where you do not make the product yourself.
