Just purchased and a few of my icons are not loading in PS. When I open the icon it looks distorted to the point there is no icon just "tv like noise". Is there anyway these can be fixed and then redownloaded? Thank you.

I just bought these but when I try to use them in my silhouette software the quality is very bad. Is there something I am doing wrong. I'm trying to make icons and cannot use these downloads as they are. Some of the icon are cut at the edges and very grainy. Any advised would be welcomed.
