This is vector files of letters. Its craft letters in color for any type design.
if it will be font file - you cannot receive letters as you see in picture - colored.

These are completely unusable as a font because they are on a distressed background so you can't even crop them and use them that way. The description says this is a handcrafted FONT. It is not; it is a bunch of image files of a font. The beauty of fonts is that you can make them any color you wish. This was a waste of money and an extreme disappointment since the font is very cute and I would have loved to be able to use it, especially since I paid for it. The description also says that it can be used for "alcohol labels design, fun labels and other kind of designs for package or vintage products" but there is no way to use these images to do those things, since you'd need an actual font, not distressed images of a font, to create those.
