If you are machine cutting this design out of card stock, I would suggest cutting this design large due to it's intricate nature. I cut this design out of 210 gsm card, on the Cricut explore machine at 7.8 x 10 inches and it cut cleanly! If cutting out of vinyl / HTV you should be able to cut this design smaller than that.
