The file is meant for use with SS10 rhinestones in the following quantities: Heart = 18 Envelope = 146 If you're using only one color, then it's a total of 164 With a printer and photo transfer paper you can also use this design as an iron-on decal without a cutting machine. Just use free software, such as Inkscape or Photopea, that can open, edit, and print SVG , for paper crafters, some designs can be cut by hand.
