I am still having trouble downloading the product. Do I need to have access to EPS or DXF files to open the product?

If there is a problem with downloading, it might be an issue that needs to be taken to THJ support. Are you able to get in contact with them?
The EPS file is vector and should be editable within Illustrator.

Hi, I just purchased product and downloaded on to my laptop but unable to edit it. I need to put a quote on t-shirts by the end of March.

Hi there! So sorry for the delay - what kind of edits are you trying to make and in what program? The design is finalized as a compound path, so if you're trying to include multiple colors, I would suggest working with the PNG file in your cutting program and separating/welding the elements that way.
