These files are designed to use in Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan-n-Cut Canvas and other popular cutting software that accept these files. Unfortunately I do not have access to all the software available for all different types of cutting machines: for this file to work your software needs to be able to group and ungroup and to subtract/slice with one shape through another shape.
