I have tried and tried to use this font. I am getting quite discouraged due to the fact when I try to use the pretty swashes half of the letter is not there. I am using BabelMap and I have tried using Character Map as well with the same results. It is a beautiful font and I would love to be able to use it. I hate not being able to use it and feeling I wasted my money.

Thanks for the info!!! I was getting close to buying it, but if you can't get all the pretty parts of it, then I don't want it. They shouldn't put it out there like that! So sorry you had to go through all of that. Maybe they will return you money. Good luck! Thanks!!!

Hey Becky! Here's a guide I came across from HungryJPEG that they posted on one of there font bundles. It's for when fonts get cut off- https://thehungryjpeg.com/docs/7.%20Are%20some%20of%20your%20fonts%20being%20cut%20off%20in%20MS%20Word.pdf Try that and see if it helps.

It doesn't mention either way, but for many, if not most fonts with pretty swirls, you need open type-aware software like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc. I've heard Adobe Photoshop CC also allows glyphs now. But simple Character Maps won't work for those. That may be the issue here.
