Good evening,
I just bought a bundle in which this product is included and also the "Birthday boy" one, together with other bundles form other designers. And I have been able to download all the rest of the files apart from yours, as it says that the PNG's are in a unknown format.
This is not the first time that it happens to me. A few months ago, I bought another bundle in which there was one of your products, the "Love Monsters" one, and I managed to download all of the other products from other designers apart from yours.
Please advice.

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing problems with my products.
No one has ever written me about a similar problem, you are the first.
I just checked the products and I can assure you that everything is fine with them.
Sometimes files won’t open if they were not fully downloaded. Please try to download ZIP one more time & open it. If you were using Chrome the first time, please use different browser (chrome tends to damage files). If you fail, please contact TheHungryJPG support to resolve this issue.
