I wanted to recreate in illustrations and share this special mood that fills our home around Easter... Old-time recipes and traditional egg-dye methods have a certain charm. My Grandma taught me to use peeled onion skins to dye eggs, later I found out that there are many other ways to do it naturally. Homemade Easter bread has always been a 'must have' on our family's Easter table. Due to the pandemic I baked my first batch of Easter bread (Paska) last year and absolutely loved it.
